Dozens Dead as Fighting Between Gaza and Israel Quickly Escalates

• The worst fighting in seven years intensified as Israeli airstrikes targeted Hamas offices and militants fired at Tel Aviv, Ashkelon and Israel’s main airport.
• At least 35 Palestinians, including 10 children, were killed, and 203 others were wounded. Israel reported at least five deaths and 100 injured.
